One of the perks (we’ll maybe not so much this year) available to Amanda this year, for being a student at Saint Mary’s, is the discount Notre Dame football tickets. She purchased season tickets and has really been enjoying her time in the student section. Here she is seated in section 34, row 50 with some her friends.
Go IRISH!

As you may have noticed, there is a new menu option at the top of the page. This menu item will take you to Megan’s soccer team page, which has a picture of Megan’s team along with their game schedule.
Megan played in her second game and is really enjoying it.

I think I have finally finished sorting through all of the photos we took while we were on vacation. There was only about four hundred photos to go through and I’m pretty impressed that I am done in less than a week. There are four different albums from our trip, that have been added to the Photo Gallery, they are:
- Disney Vacation: The Beginning (11 pictures)
- Disney Vacation: The Characters (28 pictures)
- Disney Vacation: The Rides (33 pictures)
- Disney Vacation: The Rest (43 pictures)
Enjoy the pictures, we did taking them!

We all celebrated Dad’s birthday by having supper together. Hope you enjoyed your day, Dad.
I’m sure he enjoyed the day after his birthday, he and Mom were headed to Great America with some friends. He was very excited about going roller coaster riding.

On Monday Megan celebrated her 5th birthday in style. We were in Disney World and the day was full of action. First we went to Blizard Beach (water park), had lunch with Pooh characters, and then we spent the evening playing at Disney Quest (arcade and other games) and shopping at Downtown Disney.

Today Megan had her first day of her second year of preschool at Woodard. This year her teacher’s name is Mrs. Wright. She will be joined by a few of her old friends, particularly Jack and Conrad, and will also be meeting some few new friends. Megan loves school and was very sad that she only got to stay for an hour today.

Saturday morning, Megan had her first soccer game at Tarkington School. Her team, made up of four other girls, choose the name PowerPuff Girls. They had had only one practice before this game, but they looked very good. Megan looked like she knew exactly what to do, most of the time, and even scored a goal for her team. She looked like she had a lot of fun.
Megan’s Report:
Hot. I scored a goal. I ran a lot and I was thirsty and hungry. After the game I had cookies, fruit roll-ups, and a drink for my treat.

Friday night we watched The Evens Stevens movie on the Disney Channel. The Disney Channel offers a movie every night at 7:00pm. We had rented Inspector Gadget for FMN, but we opted to watch this Disney movie. The movie was about a family who was tricked into being on a reality TV show.
Megan’s Take:
The girl pushed him off, then he pushed that button the big hard button, and then the palace fell down.
