Family Movie Night

Friday night we watched (well I think most of us watched) Disney's The Santa Clause 2. Past experiences are against sequels, but they did a good job and kept the original actors and actress.

Megan's Take
There was that bad Santa and he took the presents and he was not very nice. (Notice not much from our reviewer this time, as she was one that didn't pay much attention to the movie)

Thanksgiving Day Recap

Thanksgiving was a day filled with lots of good food (yeah I ate twice) and fun with family. Here's a great picture that we took at my Grandma and Grandpa's house.

By the way we didn't do any shopping on Friday, all we did was go out to eat with my parents and sister. Anybody have any good or bad experiences shopping on "Black Friday"?

I just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving Day and let the whole world know how thankful I am to have such a great family. Don't over indulge yourselves in too much of the Thanksgiving feast.

Adding Features

With a few days off of work coming up, I should have some time to make an addition to the family website. I was thinking about adding the ability for everyone to post news, instead of just me.

Family Movie Night

After being MIA for a while, Friday night we all finally sat down for a good dose of FMN. The feature film was Disney's The Santa Clause. We just picked it up on DVD, along with The Santa Clause 2. Hmm, wonder what will be the feature film for this coming Friday's FMN? Anyway, it's a fun film to watch.

Megan's Take:
Hmm, good. When the man called Santa up on the roof, he just falled down, then Santa disappeared and the boy heard a strange sound and the reindeer were up on the roof.

Happy Anniversary Mom and Dad!

Today is my parents thirty-second (I think - Correct me if I'm wrong) wedding anniversary and I just wanted to publicly thank them for the effort they have put into their relationship and the example they have set for me.

Happy Veterans Day

Today is a day to honor all who served our country in times of war. This also happens to be the 50th anniversary of Veterans Day. This is a special picture I made of my Grandpa Freimund, who served in WWII. I am very proud of him and grateful for his courage to serve our great country.

Total Lunar Eclipse

We took the girls outside to watch some of the lunar eclipse. We stood in the middle of the street, in 29 degree temperature, with our neighbors. In case you missed it here's an amateurs photo and guide of the event.
