Another day and another set of priorities gets in the way of remodeling. Today it was other home repairs that caused me to not get as much done as I had hoped. The water heater needed the Pressure Relief Valve replaced, luckily this turned out to be a seven dollar an 15 minute [...]

No new pictures to post today because I don’t think you would notice any differences. I prepped the foundation blocks for water proofing today by cleaning the masonry with a wire brush attached to my drill (thanks Dad) and brushing on an acidic cleaner to help the paint stick to the blocks. [...]

We spent Christmas Eve night over at Linda and Larry’s house celebrating with Kelly’s family.  We had a good dinner and managed to coerce a few people into a family picture BEFORE presents were opened, or attacked as I think of it.

Kelly and I are past being frustrated with coming downstairs only to find someone little has been in or on one of our desk (mostly Kelly’s). We have decided to trade spaces with the kids.
