Taste of Fall

Mattey was given an assignment by her teacher to collect a few leaves amonst other things and make a book.  It's due next Monday so I thought we had better start on it.  We decided to walk around ND's campus this afternoon so she could have a good selection of leaves.  I must say the campus is one of the more beautiful spots in the city.  We picked a great day to go.  It was in the 70's and sunny.  The leaves are starting to change.  The air smelled fresh.  Mat got her leaves along with a few pinecones and buckeyes.

I took the camera and got a few pictures that show off the beginning of fall, and a few icons of ND.

I got this picture of the kids.  Kade's a little fuzzy but he looked the best in it.  I've got to teach him to freeze.

Great pictures Sweetheart! It was a beautiful day to be out. The sun was even a little hot, which was a nice change from the cooler weather we have had lately.

these are great shots! I agree, campus is very nice. I did some photo stuff there for school in the summer.

I forgot to add that we got eaten by mosquitoes. I had to give all the kids and myself some calamine lotion this morning. I won't miss those once it gets colder.
