It was good. Pulled pork and Sweet Baby Ray's on a bun. Yum.
I had good intentions last night to put the pork roast in the crock pot before church. Well...three slow moving kids plus a tired and itchy mom don't really allow for extra time or even a thought about dinner plans. (I think I've only used my crock pot about 10 times in the 17 years I've had it. It doesn't rank very high on my kitchen tools list. Obviously.) I ended up putting it in the oven in the clay baker from Pampered Chef. It turned out pretty juicy. I just wish pork wasn't so fatty.
