a new stone

Thanks to a not very tasty and evil frozen pie I had to order a new baking stone from Pampered Chef.  (I almost cried when I found it broken in the oven.  I've had it for years.)  It arrived today and I was a little shocked at its virginal appearance.  Observe the difference.

I forgot how clean and white they are to begin with.  My old rectangular stone was so dark and beautifully seasoned.  Nothing stuck to that baby.  Looks like I've got my work cut out for me.  It's going to take a long time for that new stone to look as beautiful as the round one, especially since we are eating low fat now.
